While the casinos are not part of GamStop, they can implement their own self-exclusion systems. What these licences don’t require is compliance with UK-specific rules. UK players can still legally sign up and play at non GamStop casinos, even if they’re currently self-excluded through GamStop. Because these sites operate under the rules of the authority that licenses them, you don’t get the same UK protections. Non GamStop casinos are online gambling sites that fall outside of the UKGC’s jurisdiction, which means they aren’t part of the GamStop network. Instead, these sites are licensed by international regulators such as Malta Gaming Authority (MGA), Curaçao eGaming, or the Gibraltar Gambling Commissioner.
How to Choose the Right Bonus at a Non-Gamstop Casino
The UKGC regulates operators and operators’ advertising — not individual player choices. Offshore operators cannot legally advertise in the UK, but they can accept UK registrations.
